5 tbsp (75 ml) Butter or ghee,
2 oz (60g) Shredded cabbage,
4 Chopped tomatoes (fresh),
16 oz (450g) Fresh button mushrooms,
2 oz (60g) Onions sliced,
?"Ginger sliced thinly,
2 Cloves garlic sliced thinly,
2 tbsp (30 ml) Patak′s Madras Paste,
1 Green chilli sliced and seeds removed,
1 Green pepper (capsicum) sliced,
1 tbsp (15 ml) Chopped fresh coriander

Bereidingswijze: Method
Heat the butter in a wok or balti pan. Add the onions, chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Add the cabbage, green chilli, pepper, half the coriander and the Patak′s Madras Paste. Cook covered for 5-8 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for a further 3 minutes. Adjust the seasoning.
